Client Challenge
Operating since 1974, a unique grocery co-op group with three locations in Wisconsin, was looking to increase foot traffic and repeat visits to their ‘East’ location as they saw a decrease of business due to COVID-19.
Our Approach
- We identified the client’s key geography targeting 21,266 households with postcards and digital display ads at the end of May 2021.
- We delivered over 214,000 digital impressions to those same households over a 10-day period.
- Client utilized a strong offer of $10 off a purchase of $30 or more
- We tracked the success of the campaign by monitoring website traffic, as well as foot traffic attribution.

Objective
A grocery retailer was looking to engage more households by improving its circular distribution with shared mail.
Our Approach
- Developed custom print timelines in partnership with client to test efficacy of shared mail in-store sales vs standard newspaper distribution.
- Mailed 9,300 households around store a preprinted circular using Mspark monthly distribution where paid newspaper circulation only penetrated 25% of market.
