An urgent care provider wanted to increase patient awareness and drive new visits by engaging households in their local market. They needed a solution that could both create brand visibility and generate measurable patient traffic.

The Results

For ads delivered on mobile devices, pixels linked ad exposure to real visits. When someone was delivered an urgent care ad (whether they clicked on the ad or not), the pixel tracking fired on their device. If that device later entered the clinic, geofencing confirmed the visit.

342 visits were tracked as a result of the campaign, showing digital ads influenced patient traffic.
