Mspark is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Worden to Vice President of People Operations. For the past year, Josh has served as Director of People Operations with the goal of ensuring the Team provides proactive superior service to Mspark’s associates through processes, procedures and services that align with the strategic direction and core values of Mspark.

“As Director of People Operations, Josh has been instrumental in setting a solid foundation for the team. His work product, collaboration, and proactivity have consistently exceeded expectations, and I have no doubt that he will continue to shine as our new VP of People Operations,” Mspark CFO and COO Lori Sigler said.

Prior to joining Mspark, Josh served in human resources leadership roles in the aerospace and automotive industries, to include Mercedes-Benz and IAC Group, and has 15+ years of experience in human resources, safety, and risk management. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in management of technology from Athens State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®). Originally from Alaska, Josh and his wife Ana, live in Hoover, AL with their three daughters.
