Kevin Phillips

Vice President of Customer Experience

Responsibilities – As Vice President of Customer Experience, Kevin leads a cross-functional team that is critical to Mspark Sales, our external partners, and our company, ensuring we have the visibility, collaboration, and the discipline to help our clients win in the marketplace. The team works with both the customer and sales executive to plan and set-up their advertising campaign. At launch, the team coordinates with our Facilities team and partners to execute that campaign.

Background – Prior to joining Mspark, Kevin served as a key leader in many areas within AT&T – Channel Marketing, Mobility Customer Service and Customer Sales, Internet of Things, and Retail Markets Technology. Kevin is also a certified executive coach and brings a wealth of knowledge to grow leaders.

Education – Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and earned his MBA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Outside the Office – A Birmingham native, Kevin returned in 2021 after spending 20 years in Atlanta. In his spare, time Kevin loves to travel, always has a camera in his hand, and is a musician who plays the piano nightly for therapy. He is also an avid reader who is never far from a book (or two).
