Helena, Ala.—September 2, 2020—Mspark, a leading shared mail company, has hired Kevin Phillips as Director of Customer Experience.

In his new role, Kevin will focus on turning our customers into fans who believe in, advocate for, and keep coming back to our business. Partnering with the Customer Experience Team to offer exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships, Kevin will champion technology and data-driven solutions to drive operational excellence and foster a customer-obsessed culture.

Prior to joining Mspark, Kevin served as a key leader in many areas within AT&T – Channel Marketing, Mobility Customer Service and Customer Sales, and Retail Markets Technology. Kevin is also a certified executive coach and brings a wealth of knowledge to grow leaders. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Samford and earned his MBA at UAB.
