Josh Worden

Vice President, People Operations

Responsibilities – As Vice President of People Operations, Josh leads his team to ensure systems, processes and offerings are aligned with the strategic direction and core values of Mspark. Employee growth, enrichment, and retention are emphasized to equip team members to provide best-in-class experiences for Mspark’s clients and partners.

Background – Josh has served in human resources leadership roles in the aerospace and automotive industries (Mercedes-Benz and IAC Group) and has 15+ years of experience in human resources, safety, and risk management.

Education – Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in management of technology from Athens State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).

Outside the Office – Josh and his wife, Ana, live in Hoover, AL with their three daughters. When not spending time with family, coaching, cooking, serving at church, and supporting kids’ activities, Josh enjoys being active and has a dream to one day complete an Ironman Triathlon. Originally from Alaska, Josh has a love for nature and the outdoors.
