HELENA, Ala. –Sept 14, 2016 – Mspark, a results-oriented print and digital media distribution company with the proven ability to deliver measurable results in rural markets across America, recently announced that it has named LaNard Stradford plant manager of its production facility in Indianapolis, Ind., which produces more than 90 million pieces of mail on a monthly basis for delivery across eight million households in the Midwest.
In his new role, Stradford will have primary responsibility for all production operations in the Indianapolis facility, including planning and reporting, quality control, process improvement, capital budgeting, staff management and recruiting, and vendor management.

Laney, vice president of operations at Mspark. “LaNard brings extensive experience managing production and manufacturing environments and a proven track record building and leading cohesive, successful work teams. His talents will be well-utilized as we work toward continued improvement in all aspects of our operations in Indianapolis.”
Stradford commented, “I came to Mspark because of my desire to return to the publishing operations industry after a short hiatus from working in newspaper publishing for almost 20 years. As the new plant manager in Indianapolis, I intend to foster an overwhelming culture of safety and quality and will empower the team to create ways to work smarter, not harder, in order to reach our goals.”
Prior to Mspark, Stradford held a variety of operations and production management roles with Cargill, PepsiCo-Gatorade, and The Plain Dealer and The Indianapolis Star newspapers in Cleveland, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Ind., respectively. He holds an MBA in applied management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana, and a bachelor’s degree in graphic art design from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio.
